I wanted the Magnetite Gray originally but when I saw this color after the dealer said they had one being shipped over I immediately went there and put money down to hold it. Pretty sure this was the last new STI they sold from there. So crazy how it looks like it fades between blue and purple under then sun then has that deep blue look at night.
Just admiring my ingenuity (cheapness?). Needed new tires. Didn't feel like spending $1200. Bought this set of wheels (same AMGs as what was on car) and tires (Conti Extremes with Sept 2022 date codes) from a Benz dismantler. In great shape, nubs still on tires. Half cost of new tires. So now have a second set.
Exhaust fab and intake stuff is all done. Water hard lines for blower done.. a few more catch can things and then its ready for final front end disassembly for paint over the bare stianless.. then it goes back together for fluids and start.
