Nice video phil. Wish we could've had a setup with the camera on the ground by a turn where everyone drove by it.

Yep, that's me! The track was great it's wider than I expected. I like how the track is close to SA and Austin and the fact that it's not far from the civilization.

 

Great pics.. nice rolling shots! Had a blast meeting you guys.

 

He had a blast. Although he did say that he would've liked more straightaways or at least a longer one . He was really wishing he still had his Lotus cause that thing would've been right at home on a track like that.

 

Per Blaine, he loved the track! He needs to do some work to the RX he said.

My gf and I decided randomly to take a trip to San Antonio and San Marcos to go shopping. Imagine my surprise when I saw a bunch of nice Z/Gs rolling into the parking lot. Made my good weekend a little better
Wish I would have known though, we were driving her brother's accord.

Um yea, thanks for the advice. I saw the thread but I never had intentions on going because I live in the Galveston area. I was just saying it was a nice surprise.

 

Yeah that would've been pretty cool if everyone could've made it out to the track that was at the meet. I don't know why they didn't, it was only a few miles down the road and it's not every day you get to drive on a track like that for free!

 

Looks like the track was alot of fun. We would have loved to join everyone at the meet. We had a birthday party for one of the guys little girls.
