yeah she was running bad. felt like abs was kicking it was that herky jerky. talked with brain about it and he was wondering why i was blowing so much smoke out of the exhausts. told him about the problem and he told exactly what was going on, he had the same issues before. 10.0 a/f at wot is pretty rich i guess.

I only made one pass, didn't do a burnout, just cleaned the r-coumpounds off.

60ft-2.4ish
et - 12.8
trap - 115ish

I can't find my slip, but those are about what i ran +/- 1. Obviously i had some traction issues in 1st and a little bit of 2nd gear. So i figure i could get into the high 11's with some practice on the launch and sticky tires.

And to make me feel even worse...there was another c5z06 there that was pretty much stock...might have had some headers, but stock intake and exhaust. He was running 12.50's @ 114. He was running a drag radial.

p.s. - Mackie is a vagina, you could have at least gone to hang out.

Car looked sick Nick! That other z06 owner could drive; I raced him on my first/only n20 run and he cut a 1.7ish 60ft.

My only n20 run:
RT .357
60' 2.132
330 5.785
1/8 8.683
MPH 85.79
1000 11.169
1/4 13.339
MPH 98.93

Missed 5th . I need a taller tire so I dont have to shift into 5th. It WAS a 12second slip till the Fup

Was good seein travis/nick/jason and meeting the other guys. Im thinking about going this next weekend to get that 12s slip.

Jason, you NEED a tune ASAP. Hell, you could make some adjustments yourself if you wanted

I have absolutely ZERO knowledge about EMS tuning. Rofl. I emailed matchless performance about getting a tune done this week. Hopefully have a slot open for me. I want to get my 12 second slip as well.

LOL, just find the fuel table and take out some fuel. I know easier said than done. Matchless should be able to get you leaned out and running better

DuMa350z - What year is your Z? That trap looks real weak. Not bad of a run, though, especially if it was your first time out. Lots of room for improvement. Are you heading back out there again?

Nick, your trap looks weak too. I figured you'd be trapping close to 120, or am I way off? What are your mods and how much are you putting down? Also, R compounds, as in for road courses?

Brian, were you running your DRs? And did you brake? Why are you trapping so low on juice? Still a 75 shot, right? Oh, let me run your DRs. I assure you, you can cut at least a 1.9 on your DRs. Let me try.

Jason, I'm looking forward to seeing you run better times and with a much higher trap. I wanna see your car. I saw that teaser shot of your car (a while back and I asked for more, which you ignored ) and it looks awesome.

Sorry for all the question, but I'm so bummed that I couldn't make it.

nick was spinning first and second, i watched his run. that car has 120mph trap in her with a decent hook up.

i posted more pics i guess you missed them. the car wasnt complete then either. i have my wheels spacers and mastergrade ts diffuser on so its finally complete. well almost.. have varis heatshields i need to install. its always better in person anyways.

the car got a lot of attention at the track, i was kinda embarrassed about it but im glad people enjoyed her. and, yes the car has 110mph+ traps and 12 second ets in her. she just needs to be tweaked.

i finally felt like i drove the car moderately well for the first time on the 13.5 pass, the car still ran like crap but i hit all my shifts like i wanted to and didnt wheel hop, although i did bog a bit.

i look foward to picking your head a bit when i see out at the track, hopefully this saturday.

I'm definitely gonna try to make it this Saturday. It'll be my first time in almost 2 years, racing on street tires again. I forgot how to launch on streets.

I trapped so low because I missed fifth and hit the brakes. According to my tire size, and gear ratio I top 4th gear out at 109mph; So my trap was atleast 110+. I appeared to misses 5th about 100 ft short of the 1/4mile mark. I need a taller tire so I can cross at the very top of 4th.

And Jason, I would not got back to the trap until you get tuned. Also, I would recommend changing your plugs since you are so rich; some might be/are close to being fouled. The car looked to good going down the track to be in the 13s

It has an intake, headers and exhaust...but everyone knows i'm a weight freak. It's 3099 with me in it and 1/2 a tank of gas, which puts it around 2940 without me. It makes around 400rwhp on a dynojet (vette doctors in NY) which is probably a bit inflated.

Yes, the car has Toyo RA1s on it. You know I'm a road race guy.

You can always just not miss 5th. You shouldn't have braked. When I saw your trap, I was like "WTF?!" So you gonna let me try your DRs?

Nice. I like your power to weight ratio. Only if my Z could weigh under 3000lbs. Last time I weighed it, I think it was 3260(?) without me and a half tank of gas.

Your trap looks real weak, even for a DE engine. Since Travis trapped up to 105, I was expecting all NA DEs to be 100. Well, maybe your trap isn't bad. Good run, though.

chris, duma has an automatic. 14.1 is pretty respectable for a touring auto.
