When Jake told me about this I thought it was an awesome idea and a great learning experience even if you're not getting anything done. So count me in as an extra pair of hands if anybody needs manual labor help, haha. I'm planning to do my coilovers and camber arms in February but if I don't get around to it then I just might have a little project at the tech day

Do the 370z brake upgrade! That's what i want. I don't know if I'll be able to show how to polish or not. I'll see what I can do though.

Yup they sell the kit with the brackets that fit on the 350z, and the price is not bad at all as well.

 

^^ thats correct - The Akebono setup is the same on the sport 370's and G37's however Q, I worked on a base 370 and it just has the 06-08 brake setup. no brackets needed and I paid less than 60 bucks for the fronts.. Im good with the bigger rotors for now and I dont think I need a "real" BBK until later..

for now - this is my best bang for buck..

Are you using Chris's (Fithamoto) car for the ultimate wash/wax cleanup?

 

I don't think I'll have the '06 head lights by then....But that's what I want and the '06 tails.

Jake I was referring to the Sports Brakes not the base brakes. Those sports brakes are huge! Me wants. I was just going to spot wash/clay/wax how to, not exactly the whole vehicle. Show how I use 2 bucket method, etc. I'll try to get some polishing products together by than, don't get your hopes up though cause I'm broke!

Man I got a pm on *******.com mentioning this day for some hockey game. heh, weird.

 

I am planning on going to the tech day but not sure if I will be doing mods or just helping. So I'll update the list when I know for sure I can make it.

Have HR Y-pipe and HF-Cats coming but I have a feeling I am going to knock that out sometime in Feb.

I might have to look into picking up a set of eibach springs, and install them while I'm there. But I don't know if I could make it out of your driveway with them on?

 

yeah youll make it. i have some plywood i plan on adding to the driveway to help people with that situation, but you have to be either really low or have a body kit for it to be an issue....

my stock front bumper doesnt hit.....and im lowered about 1.2 in front with coilovers.

If i did a skunk 2 plenum, a x02 true duals and some pulley's..See noticeable difference you think?

I dont wanna spend the money if its not gonna show some difference lol
