Default [Hou] - Any interest in doing a Houston Tech Day, like JasonZ is doing for DFW??

As the idea for an Htown version was created by our very own 'ReaganDee' (On Z forums) here in Htown, would anybody be interested in doing something like this?

The one JasonZya is throwing in DFW seems to be a huge success, so maybe we should do something like this here in Htown?

Wut you gentlemen think?

A lot of the s2k peeps do this in Houston. Helping each other out with mods and install.
This is a great idea for the Z community.

^ Def Jason, we could use the assistance! And much appreciated!

This is a GREAT idea you started here, hopefully we can get it to spread around TX since many of the other importy car groups already do this.

We are currently working on a date/time/place on the 350Motoring forum where ALOT of us Htown Z guys are on in local section. So far the interest over there since posting idea about a day ago is maybe 5-10 guys.

Lookin good Cornell

***Edit***
It has been confirmed that the location will be Street Dreams Unlimited in Pasadena, TX ...
I will set a tentative date for this to happen on Sunday, February 28th unless the majority of people have a conflict with that and we can pick another Sunday

Sounds like a plan, not sure my next couple of upgrades for my car will be in by then. Plus one of them might take a little bit more time than the average install.

If I had my own garage and my tools there I'd be willing to host it. However all my tools are at work now and I don't have my "own" garage.

mine is better than MREV2. i shaved 5mm off the front runner just like the MREV2 only i also polished all of the casting imperfections so that my lower plenum is smooth and for only about $5 instead of the $400+ for motordyne to do it.
