From hearing some of the cars out there the other week I'm not feeling so good about it but I'm not sure that I am over the limit. I just don't wanna get out there and find out that I am and have to waste an hour or more taking my test pipes off and putting my cats in. I just can't really think of any other ways to quiet it down with it being custom and all. I know it's loud as shiet and it actually gets kind of annoying sometimes when I'm on the highway especially when I have to crank my radio up just to hear what's coming out of the speakers lol but that's not saying much as I do not have the Bose sysytem in my car lol

You might want to ask Jason or Jake about what you can do besides stuffing steel wool in your exhaust.
When you wanna get those Nismo pads ? You should put those in for AutoX.

okay i'm not comfortable with my car yet, and i have so many questions too. I'm loud as hell, and i guess I can go down that list to see what class i'm in? I dont know if my battery is considered "loose"... so many questions.
Are spectators allowed? i'm gonna attend, but not drive. i just wanna see how everything works, and i think i'll feel much better after for the next event.

^^ hellz yeah spectators are allowed. you can ride along with most anyone too.
the noise thing is just with pennington field. after this event, i dont think there are many (if any) events there again this year.

ezpotato, aren't you turbo'd ? If so then you'll be in a different class. But still no big deal....come on out and ride along....bring a helmut if you got one. They have loaners there also, but you have to pay like $2 bucks for a head sock. Usually one of us has an extra also.

ER doesn't have any official standing on the 100db rule. However, that said since this is a Pennington Field and one of the strong arguments agains letting people AutoX there is the noise I would STRONGLY consider using Jason's suggestion.

I don't believe jasons suggestion is going to work for me. Chris and I looked at it yesterday and those silencers aren't going to go in my style exhaust tips nor do I want to pay for silencers that I'll have to ghetto rig to put in and then I'll only use them once this year. I'll just take my test pipes off and put my catalytic converters back on.
