Ok 2 mistakes I won't make again. One is not registering early enough, and two is to be there to snag up any no-show spots. Double for me.

Good times for sure. I can't wait to do it again. It was great meeting everyone and having the shade out in the lot was soo nice (Thanks Chris!). See you all again on another course!

 

Yes Sir Shawn....it was a great day to be out there. I hope your head didn't get sunburnt. I think my eyelids got burnt...seems to be very sensitive now.

I'm glad you had a good time out there today....it was epic weather and we will wish we had it again come summer. I'm down loading my videos for the day. I hope to see you out there for the next one in May.

You did very good driving for the first time....our little Z/G club is probably the best in the DFW area. We are usually the only group that hangs out together and eats lunch and all. Later in the year we will have a grill out there for hamburgers & hot dogs. We have a huge group that gets together for meets & sushi if your into it. It's at Nexx's place.

lol I think my eyelids are burnt too! I just said that to my wife earlier, and my head is burnt for sure. That'll teach me to forget my hat!

Definitely be out for more. I'm down for a sushi meet here and there but time during the week is tricky to come up with sometimes. No doubt I'll be more visible around town and at the events.

Yeah, the sushi meet is usually in the middle of the week at MK's sushi at 35w & Western. It's hard for me to get there as well.....I have an 11 yr. old girl so I know your even busier with the two boys.

Otherwise there is a always someone or something that comes up and we make a meet out of it......like the Dyno day in Flo-Mo coming up.....you gonna make it out there to see Stephen's Z ? I'll be there.

I wish! It doesn't get any closer to home than that! I have family stuff that day cause Sunday is all about the car and bushings. Now if something were happening Friday night that'd be interesting.

 

This was one of my fastest runs of the day.

I can't wait to get my pumkin in and get my wheels in running order. I hope to put much better times down in the future.

Lol....that would have been my blunder of the cone from that stupid "L" box I tagged on what could have been my best run.

I still hate you for beating us all in a totally different car. We should have made you drive that Fiero !....but you'd still beat us.
I wish Adam was there....we seem to be very close in times so I can always gauge myself with him for times and pushing myself so I can always beat him. : )

 

Yeah I was hoping you guys could blame Gavin's success because of his brakes and being all stripped out - but I guess that theory's out the window.

It was good meeting everyone yesterday, thanks for letting me steal a bit of shade..I kinda look like a lobster after being out there then spending all day at the drag strip today.

Had an absolute blast sliding all over the place on my all season Hankooks, too, guess it's time to start dumping money into it, lol.

 

I'm not gonna lie though, it was a little depressing when Gavin beat me by three seconds in my own car lol
