If your looking for more seat time and Time Trial type running, checkout Texastimetrials.com. We run a group of only 8 cars in the morning and a different group of 8 in the afternoon.

The tracks are set up at Mineral Wells. There is only one car on the course at a time for 3 laps and if you hit a cone, you have to stop set it back up yourself. This means no corner working for the other 7 guys and with only 8 cars per session you can get a lot of laps in.

I usually run between 20-30 total laps for the day and I have seen guys in the 40+ lap count. Its laid back and gives you a chance to get in a bunch of practice for 40 bucks.

Its looking like I'll be able to make Saturday so I am looking forward to meeting everyone.

I think they Rock ! I still need to install the rear sway...just ran out of steam. I was hoping Pat would do it for me for 20 bucks...but he's too busy to get to it, so I will do it tomorrow.

You can ride along if you want...I think these guys might be a bit forgiving. We'll have to ask.

Idk why it's doing that to you chris. It shows up fine on my phone. Shows 30 total people registered at this time and all of us are there. Me, you, Gavin, Adam, Damon, Shawn, Emad and Jon. There's someone coming with a 370z as well.

They are only at 1/2 capacity ??? seems low for an event so close ???

Anyways I saw my name and all once I got home....must have bee the computer at work.

 

They must have heard that the VQ crew was coming through...lol

 

SCCA has a regional solo this weekend so it will probably pull some people that would normally come out. Fewer people might mean extra runs!

Well thanks to you I have a spare set of pads laying around that I don't use. I've already given the rear pads to mike for his altima since they are the same (and yet his front pads are different) but chris is welcome to the front pads them just buy some back ones. They aren't too expensive. As for mike beating me, I doubt it lol but don't you wish that evil on me you Asian Ricky Bobby lol
