Looking for ideas

I have a group that is looking for a place to party on new years eve in DC. any idea? No hip hop or under 25 type places. some place with a dress code and up scale

Check out timsbash.com. I went one time a few years back and it was pretty classy, formal dress, lots of people, it was a good time.
