Why don't you start a new thread with all of the details about when, where, how, etc, and I will sticky that one and lock this one. Maybe we can keep that thread a little more topic appropriate. (Hint for all you jail-birds).
Valdeztke's input about date changing is pretty true. Alot of us need to be able to lock these things down pretty far in advance or other events will take precedence.
When organizing things like this, life really is in the details, so provide as much as you can or people are going to blow you off. It's just the way it goes.
