I might have my car back by then...if so I'll need to make up for some lost fun. The current vehicle of Enterprise rentals choice: 2003 Chevy Cavalier blue 4 door. And it's slow. I got a little carried away last night on 395 and tried to race a civic...I lost haha.
My wife found a great website that sells 12"x17" US Flags on posts that have window clips. They are rated for "highway speeds". I was thinking it would be cool if we all rolled with these on our passenger side windows or something. What do you guys think? They're like $6 each after shipping. If you guys were willing to pay me back, I'd order 15 or 20 of 'em and bring 'em to the drive so that everybody had one.
Let me know what you guys think.

I do think that we should keep that in mind what Carlos said. Not everyone has that Monday off ...we could move it to that Sunday if anyone is interested.
Also I think that DC is going to be pretty busy. Do we have a time and place? Your dad's place Ben?
I would like to host a late afternoon/evening social at my place Saturday prior to the memorial drive.

My thinking was that on Monday since the Fed. Gov't is closed, traffic into and around the city wont be too bad. Much of the traffic will be sight-seers, and we're definitely going to give them something to look at
If we have to do it on Sunday, that would work as well, I just thought that given the "theme" of the drive, Monday is most appropriate. What's everyone think?
Umm.. just want to make everyone aware .. as a former Motrcycle Jockey .. Memeorial day weekend is Rolling Thunder. There will be around 200,000 to 300,000 motorcycles in DC.
I really like the idea.. but.. DC will be packed.. and allot of roads will be closed to all traffic except motorcycles.
