+1. We'll have a hose for little stuff, but there is no way to wash AND detail 15 cars.....We'd be there all night!

Ah, I was dreaming all this time that I would get a free car detail from the pro's out of this meet.

Ok will do, I will have my car all cleaned, washed and waxed ready for nice picture session.

Does Meguiars have anything special for their already loyal customers ? Hint hint.....

You only need to show up with a WASHED car...the point of the day is to hang out and do detailing, which would include waxing using Mike's orbital polisher (or by hand if you prefer). If you show up already detailed, you're gonna be bored!!!

Hey Kelly, Mike has once again asked me if I wanted to come to this. So if you have room and want a non-Z guy there, just let me know. I had a lot of fun last time.

I would also suggest again that, as said, anyone that wants to work ont their car should wash it. Have it clean enough that you can simply wipe it down with some QD and be ready to work the paint. Also, the last time, microfiber towels were in high demand. So if you have some nice clean microfibers, bring them too.

With this many cars, you may want to start earlier in the day than last time, and try to get them moving in and out sooner. Last time it took a little bit to get organized and to get cars moving around. I wasn't able to stick around, but I don't think you all got to all the cars, did you? I know you didn't get a chance to tackle your hood Kelly. Just some suggestions.

Anyway, let me know if you've got space and/or want me there. I'm pretty sure I can make it. I can also bring a few things if Mike is short of anything. I don't think he got the polish hook-up this time around.

God I'm horrible with names, so forgive me for not remembering your name, but I would LOVE IT if you came again. I got busy last time and never got a chance to really watch you work and learn from you, so if you can come, that would be awesome.

For the rest of you guys that are coming, Aurora40 is a detailing MASTER who can teach you the proper use of various products including orbital polishers, polishes, swirl-removers, etc. He can teach you how to analyze your paint, show you what kind of paint needs what product, etc. We're fortunate to have him offer to come out and spread his skillz!!!

Ok, I will bring some #82, some #83, some QD of some sort, probably Last Touch (to help use it up! If you want some of this stuff, let me know), and my Cyclo. I can scrape up a few Ultimate Wipes also.

Even with 15-20 cars, two bottles of #82 should be enough. If there will really be this many cars getting done, is it possible to start before 11am?

It was cool seeing you guys at Chik Fil A last night. I'll have to go more often.

Kelly, I'm not gonna make this one. I don't know the total count, but an open spot has just freed up.

That's cool. See you here!

I'll re-post directions to the house shortly, or you can look up the old detail day thread. It has directions from several different locations, and my phone numbers.
