I just got my GTF kit in and waiting on fiber glass door panals now. I will have them painted DB and after looking at the dash I was thinking if I sanded down the texture on this pice and had that painted DB it would kinda tie everything together in like a wrap around kind of way.

What do you guys think?

 

I think that might look nice....If the cost isn't too prohibitive, I'd go for it!

might as well do your center dash while you are at it. Are you painting your entire door panels or are you wrapping parts of them in leather?

 

painting them there fiber glass so might as well. As of the rest of the dash I just think that will be to much blue.

 

wow, that is going to be a lot of blue. I'd see if you can get the lower half of the door panel upholstered.
