Default Emissions Help!

Hey guys.

I have test pipes on my Z right now, and they have been on nearly 2 years. The last time they came off was when they replaced my tranny, and I was told it took an extra day just because the test pipes almost welded to the headers. I guess it gets really hot. Hah

Anyways, does ANYONE know where I can bribe a tech to just pass me?

Thanks

You shouldn't have to bribe anyone. If you're not throwing any codes, you should pass. Some test stations are alot "lazier" then others. You're best bet is to find a really lazy station that doesn't even bother to look under the car.

Well how do I know if I'm throwin any codes?

Im 99% sure I won't pass since I have no cats on the car. So If I can bribe someone just to pass me, it'd be much easier.

Anyone know a spot?

Do you live in VA or MD? If you're in MD and your OBD-II is running clear, then you are fine. If you're in VA, then you'll need to find a willing tech to help you out.

NOTE!!! If anyone knows somebody and wants to respond to help out, do NOT post their info here on the board. That's a sure fire way to ensure that they stop helping us modders out. Use PM instead.

Peace!

If you don't have a lit SES light, you're fine....IF you live in MD. They scan the computer only, no sniffer test. VA still does sniffer test though.
