Looking for a MaryLand Z Meet
wxtornado:
I stopped over there this afternoon. The building is only four stories tall and unfortunately all the windows that overlook the parking lot are in offices that will be closed or otherwise inaccessible tomorrow.
The berm on the other side of the lot provides a view about equal to the second story. (See pictures.)
But my feeling is that, interesting as the Z arrangement would be, it would 1) block traffic in the lot and possibly generate complaints or unwanted attention and B) be very complicated and time-consuming to arrange. It also couldn't be completed until everyone had arrived. Finally, there may not be room in this lot to do it well, and not enough altitude to get a really interesting shot.
If you want to have a go at it, knock yourself out, but I think a more practical approach would be to just have everyone line up neatly in a couple rows facing the berm and take the picture. Just overwhelm them with the numbers.
See you all tomorrow.

On a serious note, everyone please be careful out there - some of us have a long trip (I'm 2 hours away, and I live in MD!), and it's cold out there, and we all know what these cold tires can do.
Drive safe and taker easy, would love to see everyone arrive without any new damage.

I drove in this morning not knowing about the snow.. got half way to work and everything was white!!! First time my car had been on snow covered roads.. I kept to the tracks
There was no snow at my house 5miles away.On topic... I might talk my boss (another new Z owner) into coming as well. He has a chrome silver touring.

Huge numbers of Z lined up in arcs or lines is good enough for me.
