I HAD A BLAST.... Thanks Stillnz and Umzzz for waiting for me and I have to say the Tail is just NUTZ.... The ride up there was pretty cool... I had that srt...

the whole weekend was amazing got a couple of good runs up and down the tail and the car show etc was awesome...

congrats to both bam bam and stillnz for taking home honors in the car show...

bam bams car is just insane...that noise!

 

Crazy fun trip....and a challanging road. It was nice hanging with everyone.

On the way home my car started "wobbling" and we pulled over thinking the worse....that I had a flat tire.

But that wasn't the case, I suppose all the "twisting and turning" on the dragon loosened up my lug nuts and one even broke off, my front wheel was barely on! I'm glad I brought my socket set.

 

Wow...glad to hear that didn't turn into disaster.

Oh, and let me be the first to say.....

Allow me to start off with a picture from last year...

 

Hope everyone had a great time...I know last year was a blast. I hope to be there next year, but this year was just not possible. And yes as Kelly has stated TTIWWP...bring'em on fellas.

 

Your not going to see many pics because it was raining most of the weekend.... There was no picture on the dam because of this also... I will see what I can do about pics tonight though…

I think I might have some video and pics from me inside my car, but imagine driving the dragon with one hand and trying to take a picture with the other.... Not very stable to say the least.

As for the lug nuts... I had the same problem on the first day... I was cleaning the car and noticed the rear lug nuts could be turned with my hand. So, I was lucky enough to have my torque wrench and went around and tightened all of my wheels... That road is just NUTZ guys... I can not wait to go back....

BamBAm and Umzzz, I want to thank you guys for being able to take this trip down to the Tail, I had an awsome time the whole weekend.

I would also like to thank everyone involved in the organization of the event, things could not have run smoother and all of the events were alot of fun as I am sure you guys noticed by seeing all of the smiles on peoples faces.

I will post pics later today after I catch up on some work...

Hey ya'll, it was great meeting and playing around down at The Dragon. I haven't even looked at my pictures yet because the South East Region posted so many. The kids I was talking to (after I lost all my chips) already had 160 pictures posted. If you haven't seen them, go check 'em out.

I had a great time down there and then took the Blue Ridge Parkway all the way home
