You can still register, it's just not at the slightly reduced rate. I would go ahead and register in case there is a line when you get to FVR.

 

I don't want to go back and read the whole thread again. Can someone (again) tell me when/where the Thursday group is actually hitting the road? I'm in WV and will probably have to catch you on 81-South sometime. Thanks!

 

I think the meeting point was the McDonalds in Manassas just off of 234, exit 47A. That's where we met last year.

 

That would be "Business 234" and I know there's a Mikey D's there somewhere. All we need now is a time

still waiting for confirmation of time & place... Mickey D's 234 & 66 at X am ?

 

I don't think we need to leave as early as last year. We left at 4:30am and arrived around 1pm. There is nothing officially scheduled for Thursday, only driving time on the dragon.

What does everyone else think? Leave a little later, like around 8:00am?

 

FYI, I think you can take MDRacer, PumpedVA, and KcoBean off that list... I believe all have car problems or other commitments for that weekend now.

I should know tonight what time Thursday to leave, Wednesday I'm having my clutch/flywheel installed at Altered....just in time

 

Anyone leaving Friday morning? A couple of us dont have rooms for thursday night so we are planning on leaving Friday early AM or if some of you can share a room for just thursday night we could leave thursday as well.

 

I have 2 bedroom cabin (w/ 2 twin beds & 1 queen bed) I am sharing with Umzzz. There is at least 1 extra bed and I think a sofa and if there is a cute girl in the bunch I am sure we would not mind doubling up...

I have no idea how large the cabin is, but am open to people crashing as necessary to help the group stay together.

I'd prefer 7-8 am but will go with the flow... it doesn't do much good to get there early if I have to take a nap. Hey, don't we have to ride the dragon once just to get there... cool?

 

last year busted exhaust the day before zday this year blown motor next year PARKED 2 months before and after ZDAY. brings me bad luck but hey you guy have fun and be save . really
