What's up Mid-A?
So I am waiting for my Helix exhaust to arrive from Gruppe-S from UPS since it said it was out for delivery since 4:18am this morning, dah! It didn't get here until around 5pm, whatever, and the box was hammered! I have had the worst time buying mod's for this car since I have already bought a KurumaZ front bumper from Performance Nissan and it was damaged by DHL and had to wait 2 1/2 months to get my money back after 2 claims were denied by DHL from Performance Nissan.

So they question is, do I send the exhaust back and file a claim or do I keep it because no real structural damage has taken place other than the steel hangers for the exhaust were sticking out of the box and took a beating nottheless but then again they are stainless steel so they should be good. Anything coming from California with my name on it apparently is damaged so I have really bad luck.

Confused and pissed.

just keep it, its not worth the time and hassle. no structural damage. but just call them and let them know, sometimes they offer discounts and what not ..

i got a free oil filter for emailing this website and telling them that their description for their splash guards were wrong.. it said no drill installation.. yet you had to drill 1 hole.. haha, but i got a free oil filter

Am i missing something or does the exhaust not look too beat up? Looks like not enough packaging filler in that big of a box.

 

You do know that the 4:48 out for delivery time was when it was loaded onto the truck, not the actual time that the truck left right? It all depends on where your located on the route as to what time you get your ****.

 

The hell with UPS. If I had been armed tonight, there would have been a massacre on the evening news. I would have literally gone postal.


Sorry to threadjack, but I swear as god as my witness I will NEVER elect to use UPS.
