May 26th, MIR Track Day..!!!!
Tony-bobbypeurtorico--->shouldnt he be added to the non Z list seeing as how he sold the Z and now has an Evo? Not tying to be mean just possibly opening up a slot for a Z owner. Id very much like to see Tony and his Evo there....

Noah is still trying everything to be there Friday. He has some work conflicts that he is trying to work out. I took him off the list a bit to early. My bad.
As for the list. I am not so specific about the car as the person. Everyone will be able to come out and race. I know some people will be coming, but not racing they Z's that is fine. I just wanted to make sure all the folks we know on the boards get the chance to 'Run what they Brung'.
Bobby, the roll cage requirements are even more strict for roadsters... BUT, I have found if you keep the top up, they never look inside. They can see the roll bars and that is good enough.. But so far I have run only 12.9's I am honestly not sure.
I do expect a little more leeway because we have rented the track for testing. This is NOT a sanctioned event therefore technical does not have to follow NHRA et Guidelines. I am not sure what you got now... should I be following Mike's example and start calling you Rob Shady..?

I don't expect to hit 11.49 or lower. I was trying to see if that number is the same for convertibles. If MIR requires roll cages on convertibles that run lower than 13.5 or 13 then I couldn't run. Or I would have to do so NA. (no spray).
That's all I'm sayin'...

Keith I dont think you can hold 4 wide a$$ slicks in your car even with the seats down. Also, if I did fit them in my car then I wouldnt have anywhere to put my 19's when I sap them I dont just want to leave them out and around at MIR...thanks though Ill use it as a backup.

Guys, right now, we have the whole track all day to ourselves until about 5 PM. Around then, they will start prepping for Midnight Madness and we will have to stop racing. We can stay for the night racing, but I might not recommend leaving all your stuff out at that point. During the day I would not worry about anything.
