Did anyone else see the CNN news this morning? They had a nice report on the drifting scene in relation to F&F3 coming out. Some really nice footage and a couple of sick 350's tearing it up...

yeah...
too bad the movie is going to leave people thinking that the majority of Z owners are out drifting in the streets...and i'm sure the cops will get in on the action too as far as being more strict on Z drivers

 

the funny thing is the cops will laugh at the kids while giving them a ticket for reckless driving.. cops have gone through some training for skid control so they'll be on their mighty high-horse.. dont get embarassed by the po-po when they drift their cruisers while chasing you

every kid out there will think they can drift their cars as if it was their god given right and ability.. I am just waiting for some idiot of a kid that thinks that they have the skill to even get a car sideways and still be in control of it.. i wonder how many trees, telephone polls and curbs will need to replaced because of kids 'attempting' to drift when they have little or no idea and formal education about high performance driving in general..

I know my Z wont be coming out for a few weeks after the movie. A few weeks at most. I just dont need or want the attention (more than I already get anyway) from Fairfax County.
