61 arrested. WOW! Cops did a good job of blocking the racers escape.

 

But what we dont see is the 2 murders, 1 drug dealer, and the guy in the stuffed hotdog suit that robbed a bank, that got away that night because all the cops were screwing with the kids.

 

What a great story....I'm glad they had the resources to arrest 59 people.

 

FFX is F-ed up place.....I got a letter from them along with another friend of mine that said a concerned citizen reported us speeding.......it says they relize I might not be the one driving the car, and also says they realize the citizen may have erred in taking my tag #. Not to mention I got arrested last week in FFX for drunk in public, and I wasn't DRUNK!!! That's there cover all charge.

 

This is why they have those things called race tracks. I've never heard of people getting arrested for racing there. A $25 entry fee is far cheaper than bail.

 

That sucks...I didn't realize that Ron White drove a Z.

David, you know me and Bert have hit up the 1/4 a # of times. I prefer MIR personally. But at the moment I have broken enough stuff that it will be a while before I get the car back together, engine broken in and new maps built before I can make it back... Maybe in September sometime we can line up...

Rich, it has been a while since I was last there, but when we get all this stuff settled and broken in, I will be back to see how 'improved' she is.. Maybe another “MIR Track-Day” is on order then...

FFX popo do indeed suck, but if you're going to chance street racing, you've got to be willing to pay a price. Everyone's run into somebody on the road and punched it. Some will say, "no, never, not me..." but it's bs. We own cars that are built to run, and that's why we bought them. Just as long as we're willing to own up to the risks we take.

Anyway, I'll be looking to line up with everyone in September (maybe) at MIR. I've got some timeslips to get under my belt and am looking to see whether or not I can break into the 11sec club with Alberto
