August 5 - Saturday Night: Every Saturday night is a Muscle Car get-together at the corner of Belair Road and Rossville Boulevard. In the south-west parking lot. Lots of Corvettes and American Muscle. Many of the Cecil County Sunday racers will show.

August 6 - Sunday Night: Import meet at Golden Ring Mall. Lots of junk but some interesting tuners.

I usually stop by both and have never seen another 350Z at either. If you guys get a chance, drop by and say hi. I’d like to see more 350Zs represented.

 

really? I live half a mile from the rossville/belair intersection and haven't noticed any meets going on. Roughly what time is everyone there? If I have time ill stop by.

 

The parking lot is difficult to see from the road. Cars begin to park at about 8 PM. I am usually there at about 10.

 

hey dave..i use to go up to that rossville k-mart all the time when i had my z..some nice muscle cars up there..kinda felt outta place being one of the select few in the import group..now that i have my g i might have to come up there again and meet up with you

 

Whenever I go out, I always drive by kmart and I always see the tuners parked away from everyone else. Makes me laugh so I don't go.

But yea, I'll stop by at goldenring tomorrow to see what's up. When you mean goldenring you mean that sams club/walmart parking lot right?

 

 

LOL. I have met a lot of these guys racing at Cecil County on Sunday. And a import is a rarity. If I park and open the hood and hatch, people will come around for a look. The most common question is What is that thing in the back? (the rear strut brace).

 

Yes the sams club/walmart parking lot. 90 percent of the cars there are ricers but there are a couple of exceptional tuners.

 

The saturday night muscle car meet does not think too highly of the import crowd there.

How'd it go?

 

I did a drive thru to see how it was around 9pm on Saturday. But there was a group of people giving my Z dirty looks so i cranked up some 50 cent and did a burnout while flashing gang signs


......joking of course. I was pretty impressed with the number/quality of cars there, I'd like to actually stay for a bit next week if some there would be some other Z's there.

 

LOL. I met a G35 owner named Bert. The cops made us leave at about 11. We went to the Pep Boys lot on Pulaski Highway. Four cop cars set at the Burger King. The kids are so dumb that they pull onto Pulaski Highway, spin tires, and get pulled over by the cops.
