After tire change - will the 4 fit in the car?
I dont think so, but is there any way to fit the 4 tires only in the car between the back and passenger seat? Looks to me 2-3 max, but I'd like to avoid having to have my wife follow my in the FX twice a year to rotate the tires on and off.
Unrelated - would you go 225 all the way around on the Blizzaks as seems to be the TR recommendation?

Narrower tires are better in the snow. I'd even consider going a little narrower than that on a second set of rims. That way, you can do the wheel / tire swap at home instead of always going to a shop to swap the tires.
I personally put a lot of trust in TR, they have alot of expertise.

+1 def get a second set of rims...well worth not having to drive back and forth every time. i have a set of oem 18s im looking to get rid of if you are interested (shameless plug!)
tires alone or tires w/ rims in them takes the same amount of space. Nice suggestion up there unbolting the passenger seat, it's only like 4 bolts and a few wires, takes literally 5 minutes, you should consider that option.
