Settled. we are all right and we are all wrong.... there are exceptions to every rule. but what i stated is the absolute truth. sure sometimes rules get broken or manipulated. but not here, not with my company. we did not go from being a one dealership franchise to being the 47th largest chain in the country doing things wrong and breaking the law. like i said i cant speak for dealerships outside the state as i have never worked for a dealership outside of Virginia. but i know the laws that govern us here in the state of Virginia.

all that being said come on up to richmond for your next purchase. betcha ill still find a way to win the battle and get ya paying a little more than you planned. LOL
