Default Got some good numbers

Finally dyno'd my Evo today and got right where I said I would. The first run the line they tapped into for the MAP sensor popped off causing a major boost leak. I hit 306 awhp and 304 awtq. It hit 19psi before the hose popped. On the second run, nothing popped off and I hit 335 awhp and 320 awtq, but my boost was reading 25psi (). So I turned it down a bit and did my last pull... 336 awhp and 321 awtq at 24.5 psi. I hit at most 2 counts of knock up high but everything else was straight. My A/F is VERY rich, reading 10:1 all the way up to ~5500rpms, then going up and staying at 11.5:1 (which is ideal for Evo's), so I got some more power I can make on the low end by leaning it out. I'll be posting up the video and dyno graphs as soon as I get a cable for my camcorder and the scan emailed to me.

Dyno is a Dynojet, SAE corrected, just in case you guys want ot know.

Damn, then that's a huge gain ... Try putting a couple thousand into a Z and see what you get, 20-30 hp if that.

edit: come to think of it, you know have a VIII MR FQ400. They're rated at 405 hp to the flywheel.

Only problem with that, the FQ won't have it's warranty voided... mine would.

Only if Mike tells me his... LOL.

Next round of mods... VIP Garage 50 trim turbo kit (the Black Mamba), Nisei FMIC and piping, Nisei small battery kit, SMC alky injection, GSC or Cosworth 280 cams, some new valve spings/retainers (need to do more research on these) for higher RPM fun, Innovate LM1 wideband, more gauges. I should be putting down around 500 awhp with the above.

Great #'s, if the driver would only get better....j/k very impressive for stock turbo. For comparison what would an Evo IIX do wih those mods?

LOL @ Evo IIX...

From what I've seen they would be putting down around 300 for both hp and tq.
