Default List the accidents you've seen so far

-Lexus IS spun around completely and hit guardrail on 495 at the 95 South exit

-Honda CRV flipped over onto its roof at the Route 7 entrance onto 495 (yesterday)

That's it so far since I haven't really been driving around that much (thank goodness my Z is in the shop and I'm driving around a junky Escort that my mechanic lent me, FWD in a car I don't own FTW).

EDIT: sorry, should have mentioned accidents you all have seen during this recent snowfall.

The best one I saw was in San Diego right by the old Naval Training Station/MCRD. It was a rare wet day and the roads were slick. There's a 40 mph dog leg with a traffic light right at the "knee" - that's where I was sitting waiting the green light.

I'm watching traffic and this Z-28 takes the corner too fast and spins out 180 degrees. Dude catches it and is driving backwards perfectly backwards within his lane.

His wheels are completly spinning but he's staying within his lane. I'm locked on to him unblinking. The lady in the lane next to him peers over and sees him driving backwards ... so she crosses over the lane markers and hits him. This causes him to lose control (again) and he plows into the rather hard iron fence of the MCRD.

I'm assuming they both got cited.

hmm...so much for the IS and its "safety" controls.

On I-70W, I saw

1. this one car pass me going at least the speed limit if not faster. 5 minutes later, I saw him in a ditch with a trooper by him.

2. Penske moving truck and couple of other cars were involved in some sort of accident. Couldn't tell any obvious damage on the truck, but one of the cars had its hood busted along with the front. I just know the front end was damaged and the car again was perpendicular to the road into the soft shoulder.

3. Just after #2, there was this van which had its whole front smashed along with the window. The back door were also messed up. All I can think was that it had rolled down a hill on the side cause i saw some trees were knocked down.

2: GMC Envoy ( Washington Flyer Taxi cab) On roof in ditch.
3. Ford ranger Spun and into the jersey wall.
4. Mustang and an econo car on exit ramp from Dulles Airport.

Just a bunch of random cars in ditches. Speaking of accidents:

Check out the lady who decided bailing out of the car was a good alternative to a 15mph fender bender. Darwin Award Nominee?

Countless cars off the road, in ditches, a few flipped SUV's, and yup 1 MD "copper" in the guardrail as well. Ford F-150 4x4 Crew Cab FTW.

I was actually driving quite a little bit during the snowfall. I recently acquired some Cooper M/S rated tires for my 24's that we wanted to test ourselves through the shop, and I was REALLY pleased with how they handled in the snow, despite being wider.

Wasn't that amazing? Let's dive out of a moving car instead of getting into a low speed collision! haha

I was pulling for the dude trying to use foot power!

I saw an EVO rear end some christler the other day. He looked straight at me and I was gone. He messed up his front end though.

Probably 15-20 cars off the road this morning on 7100. Worst accident was a G35 coupe / Z / Mustang seemed to have gotten together somehow. 5 or 6 SUVs in the median or side of the road - when will people learn they are just BIGGER floating sleds on ice? Otherwise nothing too serious mostly just spinouts going up/down hills.

seriously...that youtube video was ridiculous. I mean...damn. That first SUV though..I don't know what was up with that. It was like a rattling a ball in a box and just watching it go.
