Where around the 410, 301, and 240 area can I find a shop to put fiberglass over the front nissan emblem, paint it and how much ???

You want to remove the emblem and fill the hole it leaves behind? I don't know if that would be fiberglass work or just body filler. If it's the latter, any shop should be able to do it.

Any bodyshop can fill in the emblem area and repaint your bumper, but for that work and labor you might as well get a nismo bumper w/o an emblem groove to begin with.
