Default Mansion hunting

I posted this in OT, but figured some of you locals wanna see too. I went mansion site seeing this past weekend and took a bunch of pics:

I was looking at a couple townhouses for myself, and now they suck to me after seeing some of this stuff!

Yeah there was 2 things I wanted to do more than anything:

1) Find out what's in all of the garages
2) Ask these people what they do!

^He has the most accurate post here, LOL. Rich guys drive crappy cars, seriously.

McLean/Great Falls makes those houses look "average big," you wanna see mansion? I'll show you some mansions. There's this one house on the side of route 7 in Great Falls/McLean that has 2 15ft high, 10ft wide statues of Lions in the front, accompanied with a Gate, some sorta bridge looking overpass, and a whole array of other things.

South Riding area = poor man's mansions
McLean/Great Falls = REAL mansions that start @ 3 mil, and I've seen it go as far as 15 mil.

Lol, ok somebody give me some directions, I want to go check some of these out. I have seen a couple decent houses in McLean, but nothing like that. Is it all off route 7? Any suggestions for specific roads to check out?

Starting from Tysons Corner, go down Route 7 toward the Toll Roads, pass the Toll Roads... keep on going way down and all I gotta say is "look to your left!" You absolutely CANNOT miss it. That house is right on the side of the road and it is HUUUUGEE!!! (about a 12 min drive away from tysons, not too far)

Oh yeah, you don't want to live in these areas either, rich ppl suck (ok.. some r cool) but most of them have their heads way up their ****.

There are some houses along GeorgeTown Pike and Old Dominion that are fairly nice. Just don't drive fast around these areas or else they'll call the cops on you. (the richies have a tendancy to complain about every little thing.. even a remotely loud exhaust)

Sweet...are there other big houses around there as well? If I go over there, I want to check out a bunch of houses, not just 1

The real big homes are out in Purcellville, Western Loudoun, etc.....where all the land is. My buddy and I rented an airplane from Leesburg and flew over their homes....JW Marriott, Shiela Johnson (BET cofounder)

Yeah you're right about that...I've seen some pics of Marriott's house...just his garage alone is insane. He has some of the rarest cars out there in his collection.

Checkout the intersection of Bellview Rd. and Old Dominion Rd. (and houses around that area) supposedly there's a Persian princess living in that mansion, but those douche bags put trees all up around their house to make it harder for ppl to do a drive-by-staring. =P
