The weather is getting warmer, and car enthusiasts are beginning to come out of hibernation. For 350Z owners, there are a couple of popular evening get-togethers.

Saturday night: K-Mart parking lot at Belair Road and Rossville Boulevard. This is a popular spot for American muscle cars and hot rods. If you are impressed with classic American cars, this is the place to be. Very family oriented and laid-back. Some enthusiasts bring barbecues, and spend the entire evening. Many of the regulars here are Sunday racers at Cecil County Dragway, Aberdeen, MD. I am usually with my brother-in-law who drives a maroon Mustang Cobra.

Sunday night: Golden Ring Mall. This is a mix of import tuners and pathetic rice. Generally the crowd is young and immature. I have seen several fights, and burning rubber is commonplace. Often the cops will chase everyone away, and end up going to Pep Boys parking lot on Pulaski Highway. Then the cops chase everyone away again. I usually race at Cecil County Dragway on Sunday, but if I finish early, I usually show at Golden Ring for an hour.

So guys and girls if you get the chance, come on out at night and bring the 350Z.

Cool. Also keep an eye on the NICO schedule for York, PA. THe PA night scene is pretty hot.

 

I've been up to the kmart a couple years ago when I first got my max. I may go back up there one of these weekend. Usually I'm at northern parkway every friday and saturday.

I'd be in for the K-mart meet, but the golden ring meet I usually drive a beater, less conspicuos. Plus I like to bet if there is something interesting goin on

everyone should head to cecil tonight and get some runs in early, then I have to go put new belts on my '89 trooper that is in the Kings Liquor parking lot LMFAO!
