My friend has a 04 Z with a bad motor but the dealer told him to take off his test pipes if he wants to get the motor warrantied. He does not have his cats and is willing to buy or if someone can lend it to him for a week or two until he gets his new motor.

Talk to mondi... He got his test pipes put in yesterday and has the stock ones. I'm pretty sure he wants to get rid of them.

 

i recommended he take it to frederick nissan. They just advised him before they do any warranty work to take off the test pipes.

I believe he has 58k miles on the car now so his powertrain warranty is almost up. I will return the cats and take full responsibility. Let me know if I can come pick them up sometime this week

Talked to James and he's going to borrow my stock cats and intake. He told me that if he doesn't bring them back then Gooey would buy me a brand new Greddy TT kit. Sounds like a good deal to me.
