You are free to express yourself in anyway you feel. I think rainbows on cars are silly. I do have gay friends. I dont believe in it, but myself, wife, and family have many gay friends.
I think the problem is the misconception that Christians look down on others that are not Christians. I have no clue if you, me or muslims are going to heaven or hell. All I know for sure is that while I am here I aim to satisfy my need or understanding of what it takes to get there.

The problem, as Motormouth put it so well, is that when I am on a car forum (granted, it has this off-topic thread), it makes me feel as though someone is preaching to me or pushing it on me that they believe a certain way. I see what you are saying, i.e. Z or G analogy, but a religion is a way of thinking, a deeply personal belief whereas a car is not so much (though I guess it could be argued that it is...hell, I could argue that cars are my way of life). It's akin to someone walking up to me, slapping me on the back and proclaiming "Guess what? I'm religious!". To me, it's rather pointless. I could also point out people on here that would JUMP on someone for starting a thread that says "I'm gay. Who else is?". Anyone notice the negative connotation with the word "gay"? It's deemed ok to say "That's gay" or "You are so gay" but if I were to say (which I have), "That's mighty christian of you", using it in a negative way, I would get screamed at or a possible ban. Notice on the old thread for this topic how one of the moderators even said there were "bans" in order for some of the folks who were being disrespectful...and there is a question over whether anyone was disrepectful or not! One of the moderators even said that it seems to be athiests who are so aggressive and implied it was us, the athiests, who were being disrespectful. That's the attitude that we have to deal with.

right near there. it's in west Berlin, but it's off exit 4 on rt 73. it would probably be another 10 minutes from marlton down 73, depending on where in marlton (probably around rt70 intersection?)
you should check our meet threads to see if they coincide! we have a meet every other weekend, so it might line up with your schedule. as Dutch said, the meet is the 12th (next-next weekend)
