damn my first Ipod got stolen also..haha
im gonna sell my 2nd IPOD (only couple months old...) then gonna get the IPOD Touch..

Give Apple a call. A few years ago, I bought an ipod a week before they released a new model. I called them up and explained my story, and surprisingly, they were willing to give me a free upgrade.

This is a common thing. Try teaching HS & you will find it happens everyday. Too bad Apple is not interested in helping to find who stole them.
