When I said I would love this car til the wheels fell off I wasn't kidding, you can clearly see the front left tire is in fact not a part of my car anymore!

The only thing I'm worried about now is that unfair RD ticket and whether my insurance will skyrocket or not....I was already paying 430 a month with a clean record....Im 19 btw.

Maaaaaan, I hate to say it, but yes. That ticket will only prove to the insurance company that you were at fault, even though you weren't of course. + you got your age and inexperience working against you, not that you are a poor driver, but upon initial evaluation by an adjuster, he's gonna see your typical "teenager wraps his 3 day old 300+ hp sports car around a tree". Good luck man, I hope you can beat this ticket and prove someone else was at fault in court.

Even if I can prove that I wasnt going over the speed limit, and that I'm a good/safe driver? I work for Lindsay Automotive grouup and they can testify that I'm an excellent driver and not reckless

ESK07, try and get everyone who was there that night to go to court with you. It's not a sure fire thing, but if you've got 5 witnesses that say you weren't speeding, it should help out your side of the story. I can't imagine swerving to avoid a head on collision is considered reckless driving by any stretch of the imagination.

Also, I'm glad you're ok. Cars can be replaced, people can not.
