Arrow AAM VQ35 GReddy TT Build: CNC Machining Steps and Assembly - **Videos**

Whats going on everyone. As you all know, we are running a Winter Engine Special which you can find here:
https://my350z.com/forum/mid-atlantic/317455-aam-mid-a-winter-engine-package-specials.html

We just started another 3.5 Sleeved VQ GReddy Twin Turbo build-up, one identical to the stage 3 featured in the link above. The following videos are highlights of the machining we've completed on the motor. And the pics are of the assembly. When the car is broken-in and tuned, I'll post the dyno results as well.

Enjoy!

AAM RMCV40 Tool Change:

AAM RMCV40 CNC Cylinder Trim for Sleeves

AAM RMCV40 CNC VQ Block Clearancing for Sleeves

AAM CNC Cooling Modification

AAM CNC HONE

frank, lol

freaking FREEZING. walking to work in like 40mph winds at 10 degrees is not in the top 100 things I'd like to be doing at 9am on a tuesday. sleeping might be in the top 3.

and it just about snowed last weekend so thank god I got my bald summer tires off and slapped on the Blizzaks.. torrential freezing rain FTL.

photos are nice BTW.

It does look a bit like the RevUp - the motor is actually a Non-RevUp. The exhaust sprockets on the RevUps are also raised just like the intake sprockets on the Non-RevUps.

I know I'll have to say this a thousand times - I've never had forum members posts deleted

Like I've said before, as long as posts are in good fun or constructive, not malicious and not outright lies, then I dont care what opinions are posted. As for the moderators, well thats up to them.

And thanks for the love.

Now how bout those built motors!
We've got another going on the machine today - it's getting ready for a BC stroker kit. I'll have pics soon.

Feel free to swing by and check em out everyone.
