Default Hi Mid A! Need to find an Audio Shop

Looking to do a BASIC install of headunit and speakers in an...RSX. It's my little cousin's car.

Looking for a shop near Ellicott City, MD if possible. I don't know MD at all, so I have no idea what's near by. I think Columbia isn't too far, no?

Thanks

Car Toyz 2, DIY may cause many issues. Many connections to be made that isn't worth messing up b/c you have to rip everything back off. Tell them Bryce sent you and ask for Arthur

How far is Car Toys from Ellicott City?
Edit: 40 miles. That may be a little too far away from him...

Any car person can handle a simple headunit and speaker install by DIY.

He's a 16 year old kid with his first car. This is not going to be a DIY.

gotta learn somewhere man! perfect time for him to start...

installing a head unit isnt worth paying $150+ for. He's 16, I'm SURE he's got friends from school that can handle this. That's how I learned the first time, and now I can rip my deck out in 5 minutes no problems....

DIY FTW!

I'd rather him learn not on his brand new car. I'm all about DIY, just not for him.

I've had great experiences with Fresh Designs in College Park. No fancy showroom, but excellent work.

+1 Fresh Designs. Send Robbie (Driven1) a pm. College Park is 15/20 miles from Elicott City. Straight shot down 95.

If you are looking for a place close to Ellicott City, try this place. I have no experience with them but from an old thread, they got good feedback.

Contact Sein - He owns a Z (sn - seinz; don't know if he still owns it though)

Yea, I know Robbie and Fresh Designs does good work. It would be a good place for a general stereo design/ install.
Car Toys does awesome work also, but they specialize in really complicated High End custom installs.

Either one would be cool, but I think Car Toys has a wait list because they are backed up with a few large projects.

+1 on Fresh Designs. They installed my AVIC-D3 and I'll be sure to visit them again when it's time to for more interior work!

no long wait, they do have large projects but always fit in people. They do high end audio but that just shows they know their chit inside and out. I'm not knocking Fresh Designs just suggesting a place that i've had personal experience with and know they will take care of your family. Car Toyz 2 FTW
