There are certain criteria but Ive seen that criteria change depending on what shows up.

Also, in order to be in the running to win the big boy hardware you will need to be in ELITE class. And to be in that class requires credentials. See where the political part starts to come in?

Yes I'd say Bambam and PumpedVA are probably the MOST ready out of any of us. Mike and Ian both have great exteriors but need more interior and turbos or an oil cooler. Bryce, you'll need some kind of rice kit and some rice interior, rims.. a long way to go. NX2KDET, I've seen your car from the outside and it's HIN ready, haven't seen the interior yet but lookin' good!
