January Dyno Day!
Well after couple of local interest in getting a dyno done, couple of us decided to make this into a meet/event.
Thanks to Alberto and his contacts (Forcefedz), Ray from Peter Farrell Supercars Inc. has offered us a great opportunity to dyno our cars at a great price.
Dynos will be $40. I am not 100% sure on what this will include. Im sure Alberto or Ray can fill us on this. But my guess is 3 pulls with a/f.
Lets try to find a saturday on January that will be best for the majority to have this little meet.
Once a date is established, a headcount would be great. Should we take deposits to insure everyone will show?
The shop is in Frederick, MD and after the dynos we can go for a cruise around the country side or maybe hit up some bars that night. Cancun Cantina’s anyone

This sound like a great plan. I have been wanting to dyno for a while and haven't gotten around to it.
I would think that a deposit would be good to ensure that people don't let Ray hanging...a courtesy thing IMO.

I voted for the 12th.
Ray from PFS was nice enough to offer us $40 for 3 pulls with A/F. If we get enough people we can set up food/drinks as well. Would be a good chance for us to catch up, meet Ray and check out another shop in the area. Having more options is always a good thing. For those that dont know about PFS, they do sick RX-7's but also nice work on Z's. Ray has a 700whp beast....

Yea, I just got off the phone with Ray. It is a Dynojet 2wd dyno. He said pick a day and well have it running. Since its late Dec already how about the 12th or 19th or 26th? that way we can get a definate list of people and deposits.

If you guys were at Mason Dixon you saw what their shop cars were doing. Maybe im wrong but looking at their website i think it was that yellow rx-7 and the other low 11sec twin turbo Z

For just 40 bucks im in. it will be nice to see the numbers on a different dyno. The deposit seems like a good idea to be sure that the guy giving us the deal doesn't get screwed. Jon how are you gonna do the money collection?
