College Park
Southern MD
NOVA Tysons
Fredericksburg
Richmond
Hampton
Va Beach
Eastern Shore
Nags Head

We should def schedule a VA beach over-nighter this summer.
Not a bad idea, I will be definitely be planning some meet downs here in Hampton Roads for the spring and summer. I wouldn't mind driving up to NoVa either. (I plan on going to HIN, so maybe there could be a meet before it starts)

You think you could make it down here again??

Hey Russell - We can hang since I don't [correctly no longer] drink. My drinking days stopped right before having kids. Whether you do or not is no a big deal. You can still party without.

I think a beach weekend sounds pretty damn cool! If someone in the beachy areas can lay out a location with a nice parking lot and facilities nearby, that would be a crucial meet!

Also, I remember the Z guys having a Detail Day. Maybe at Flagship sometime we can get detailing sponsors to come out and show us stuff, like Meguiar's does out in Cali. Before hand we pick a sweet photo op spot, and after the intense detailing everyone drives to the spot for a photo shoot.

Keep coming with the ideas guys, the more we have, the more variety we can add to the schedule. I think we should focus on a one per month meet in varying locations so that we get more people from further areas coming. Right now, does anyone know when the major car events are (NOPI, HIN, and Track Days etc)?

Edit: Nice, there is already a track thread started, so that helps out the cause: https://my350z.com/forum/mid-atlantic/330045-track-meet-party-thread.html. Date added to the calender.

I wonder if Arthur at CT2 would go for something like this and use his lott on a Sunday or something. That way we dont have to fight with customers of store or mall parking lots. Besides it would give Tom and excuse to roll out the Jeep and grease up the stripper poles. :-D

I think a good requisite for a meet is to have as much dedicated parking as possible. Going through site sponsors who have brick and mortar places of business (CT2, Function Tuned etc) who have good parking and are willing to sponsor a meet would be great. Obviously we have dealt with congested parking lots in the past, so if there is a good location for a meet but so-so parking, we can deal.

I bought my car to drive the heck out of it. 58,000 in 24 months and counting.

I dont have a problem driving down.

As far as all us NOVA folks. The Yorktown drive was off the hook...its basically 5mph boardwalk, turn every head sort of drive along the water! One of the best drives and people yet....just under my favorite... Skyline drive.

LMAO at no longer! I guess I should edit too and say no longer. facebook had some pretty hilarious new years eve pictures of me drunk during my college years. They r probably still floating around somewhere But that sounds good man. Your also gonna have to educate me a bit on some of the dishes you and Jon were talking about minus the spicy ones!
