Here a few places that I know were we could meet.

-Mt.Trashmore Park
310 Edwin Drive 23462

-Jenro's Coffee House Parking Lot (This is a Big Muscle Car Spot, with some Imports)
1085 Independence Blvd 23455 on Saturdays around 4:30 PM
-Lynnhaven Mall (HUGH PARKING LOT)
701 Lynnhaven Parkway 23452
-Bass Pro Shop (This is a Big Muscle Car Spot, with some Imports)
1972 Power Plant Parkway, Hampton VA 23666
-York River Park (Yorktown)
Crawford Road
-First Landing State Park, Road 343. A Twisty Road that ends at Broad Bay. I'm going
to check it out tomorrow

I'm going to be exploring VA Beach, and Norfolk to find some good spots, soon.

That parking lot looks nice, as its right off the highway. it's called "Mt. Trashmore Park"? Not sure I will be swimming there!

I took a look at this road today, it would be a No-go . It's only wide 'enuff for one car to drive on it.

Rte.28 Burger king thats right next to Mcdonalds... right off of the 234 bypass in manassas there is a car show every weekend...wanted to get some Z's together and roll up there some night...it would be good to have 30-50 Z's roll up at once....parking lot ain't that big so may have to move it over to the VRE which is like 1 mile away!

Not sure if anyone mentioned this or not, I didn't look all the way through the thread....Every Wednesday night, always, there are meets in Gambrills, MD (Crofton) at Waugh Chapel Village, right off Rt. 3 South. We had for about 2 weeks, some guys coming from VA, called like zero gravity or something. Then they disappeared. But yeah, usually like 30 cars, all different kinds, are showing up. It would be cool to get some Z's going. And I would definitely want to attend some of these meets you guys are talking about. I'm especially interested in the O.C. show. We should all meet up and do a cruise down there.

yes you do...

FYI to all-............. a season pass is like $30 bucks (maybe $25... I forget). A one day pass is $15. So....basically we should get a season pass if we plan to go more than once. I usually go about 4 times a year at the minimum. 6 has been the most. Just look into a season pass at my 4th visit last year and the lady was like, yeah they are 30/25 bucks....I about lost it..lol.

Passing on the savings to my brothas and sistas!

-Military Circle Mall. Norfolk off of I64 and I264. I don't know how I forget about
this place. There are lots of big parking lots to meet up at.

Default new nova z owner

Hey guys...

I just picked up a new Z touring roadster..I was looking to meet some other local Z owners.

Do you guys ever just meet up on the weekend at a starbucks or baskin robbins? It would be pretty cool to get a big group of Zs together in a parking lot and hang out at one of those places...would offer an opportunity for some new Z owners to meet ...

thoughts?

I haven't updated this in a while. And yes, the Skyline meet MUST be on here. Its vital to the natural ecosystem here in Mid A

Davidv, can you suggest a good AutoX for all skill levels? We got a lot of people that could use some driver improvement mods (including me!)

There are smaller local meets on Friday and maybe Saturday nights, but this thread is more so for bigger events.. trying for once a month. The thing is, we want to organize at least 1 bigger meet per month so that we can plan ahead and attract more people from farther out; if you just have smaller meets, those people won't be as willing to drive out.

Davidv is working on things in the background.... Dont worry about Skyline Drive. It will be well taken care of. Reasearching so local auto x events is everyone homework for this thread..lol.

Hey man if you give me at least a week/week and a half notice, and have at least 2 other cars other than yourself. I am more than willing to do a mini meet. They turn out better anyways. 30+ cars limits our parking, but then again..its all about the drive anyways right??? lol
