Maryland only has a 1-time inspection (when you buy the car). Currently, it does pass emissions and everything else passes (working headlights, tailights, brakes and all other functions for being it street legal) EXCEPT for the tires. I only have race tires for this car, so you would need to buy some tires and mount them on any of the two sets of rims that comes with this car and you'll be good to go. A set of Falken Azenis in 225/50/15 is only going to run you $250 mounted and balanced so you should be good to go.
