Default Live in NVA and want $300.00?

I need to find a car, if you can lead us to the car we're looking for and we're able to recover it we'll pay you $300.00 cash.

Details about the car

2004 Honda Civic EX 2 door, blue exterior with tan interior, auto tranny, Not sure what condition the car is in.

VIN# 1HGEM22924L017521

Should have around 60K miles on the OD

We believe the car will have CA tags

The guy that is driving the car is Trinh Luu (asian dude) he's around 30 years old.

Story behind the car, my GF cosigned for the car and he took off 3-4 years ago, car had 20 late payments so she paid it off in full, she has title in hand and needs to get the car back so we can give him the option to either buy it from him or sell it and give him half of what we sell it for. At this point we have his phone # but he isn't willing to meet us or work out a deal, hes just happy the car is now paid in full.

Title has both her name and the guys name on it and we have a key in hand.

Guessing the car is in the Falls Church area but that's nothing more then a guess.

The address we have for him is a PO box # 6413 Falls Church VA 22040-6413

Next step is to hire a repo guy and that's something we're willing to do, just wanted to give you guys a chance to make a few bucks if you happen to see it.

Happy hunting!

We offered to pay him the difference of what she paid to pay the car off and what the value of the car was, still no go, last time she talked to him he said to call our lawyer and hung up.

fun times.

No idea what the address is. Once the car is found, getting it back is easy, walk up to car, put key into door, turn key, get in car, put key in car and drive off...

We have the title, he does not. I've been in talks with our lawyer and he says its not even worth wasting time trying to sue him for the car since shes also on the title meaning she has as much right to have the car as he does.

Once we get the car back we're going to hide it and go to the DMV, theres a form that pretty much lets her remove his name after so many days, he HAS to reply if he doesn't want to lose the car, if he replys he can easily buy it or take our offer of 50% of what it sales for.

Goto the DMV. Take his name off the title. Report the car stolen. Tell police who might have the car. I would be pissed that he ruined my credit score with 20 late car payments. Dont even offer him money for the car. Take what belongs to you and report him as a thief.

No chance in hell that guy deserves a friggin cent from you guys! Have him arrested and cause problems for him and his future like he did with your GF's credit score.

I live in Falls Church, I can swing by that post office sometime to check the PO BOX. Maybe I'll be able to get a glimps inside of it and hopefully catch a real address. Do you know which post office in Falls Church that is?
