if you are close to southern jersey you could come to one of our club meets and we could help you do it. you would have to pay a tool usage fee, we have a fender rolling tool, just FYI.

how waste money? enough guys have the freaking tool. how much does a bat cost? how much does a heat gun (still needed even with a bat) cost?

don't be stupid, do it right.

do shops keep raising the price? they don't even reimburse you if they mess it up and crack your paint! that is usurious. you can rent the tool cheap.

we use a heat gun, a infrared thermometer and the fender rolling tool.

I am going to have to roll my rears I think.

thermometer? lol...keep the fender hot to the touch at all times and your good to go. I never cracked paint. Last guy came to me with tires rubbing bad and it cracked more, but we painted the inside and all is good. ive never cracked paint that wasnt damaged though.

Most Shops have always charged those prices b/c they pass it off as "body work".
