Nice pick up on that INGS kit. Gotta get some crazy sides now!

Couple of options....
1)Don't run a front tag, thats what most ricers do.
2)Drill a hole in your plate large enough for your tow hook threads to go through, but not the tow hook itself. Then, sandwich the plate between the tow hook and hook mount.
3)The cleanest option would be to get a "Zee bracket" which is a mounting bracket that uses the tow hook again to atach a front plate, however that might not work too well on an aftermarket bumper.

1: Yes Ethan is gay, and cant make his man breakfast in the morning? WTF .. I'm so angry at ethan.

2: Do what I did:

cut hole in lic. plate dead center near the top, and mount it to the crash spar with the tow hook.

You can see it here...

Sorry the only pictures of it that I have are from when my car "Om nom nom nom"ed a deer.

Bad Idea, if that thing gets dislodged in an accident, it might slit your throat, or atleast fly up and hit you in the face

See the Zee Bracket relys on that mesh part of the OEM bumper to hold your plate on as well I think, if thats not there, I don't think this would work too well.

Knowing the OP, and how he rolls, I'd say tow hook mount ftw.
