No one can install the Final Drive 4.08 gears on the east coast?

have you ever taken a car or other item to someone, left it for x many days only to have them tell you later that they never touched it since they couldn't do what you wanted to do and to take it else where.

At least he's telling you straight up he can't do it and doesn't know anyone that can do it.

Also, I know a lot of shops that build motors and install performance parts that wont do transmission work or rear end work, changing it out (whole unit) is one thing, but when asked to open the case, a good bit of shops will send you else where.

No harm, no foul.

Ask many questions when you do find a shop, Dave might know something other shops don't know, they might be assuming they can easily do what it is you need done. Last thing you need is to have them call you and say um hey um well we can't do it, we don't have the tools needed and cant get them. Make sure they've had a Nissan rear end apart, not just a ford or chevy...
