MZC BBQ official thread! Please come and sign up!
Yeah, I actually just discussed this with my fellow mod's over on 3ZC, and I'm going to make the Go/No Go call by 10AM Saturday. So everyone, keep an eye open!
Thanks for asking that BTW, I almost forgot.

I just want to say thank you to those of you who came out, and also sorry! This was possibly the worst BBQ meet we've ever had, it was way to unorganized and scrambled. Due to a last minute change of location due to our original spot actually being used already, it just caused all kinds of ****. The screw up wasnt really anyones fault, it just more of a last minute surprise for us that a very large group had actually taken over our spot...then ontop of that, even after we quickly I just want to say thank you to those of you who came out, and also sorry! The screw up wasnt really anyones fault, it just more of a last minute surprise for us that a very large group had actually taken over our spot...then ontop of that, even after we quickly found a new spot, almost every single MZC member (aside from myself and Adam who set up the meet, and 2 others) didn't even show up until well after 4-o-clock. Just to say how bad it was, we still had people showing up at 6:00, after we already ate.
For those of you who decided to leave early, I do not blame you! I was actually thinking the same thing myself (and if I wasnt the president of the club, I sure as hell would have to). This was by far the most disorganized meet we have EVER had, and as much as I would love to invite you guys to our future events, I hope you can just forget about what happened at this one. Our next meet will be much better organized (nothing wrong with the planning, just big issues with the execution, some due to extenuating circumstances, others due to members just not caring...which they will be taken care of...especially when we rely on them for major items to contribute and we're sitting around for 2 hours waiting for it...)
Im not sure if this would be considered a plus, but we technically had a better show-out than last year...If everything would have went perfectly and everyone was there at the same, there would have been more than 35 G35's, 350z's, and 300zx's (and a few other various cars/bikes).
It was nice meeting all of you guys, and again sorry for it being so un-organized/hectic, that is not how we usually are, at all. Hope to see you guys again in the future!
