My car got hit today while it was parked. The guy hit me front the left rear, dented my front bumper, scratched the quarter panel and cracked the JP Type A rear bumper add-on. My car also got pushed forward and hit the car parked on the car side. My Sarona front bumper got taken out completely. The guy at fault was nice about it and gave me his insurance information with no problem. I have 2 other witnesses plus the lady who got hit by my car's info so there's absolutely no argument there.
So now the question is how do I get estimates for the 2 aftermarket parts, the Sarona front bumper and the JP Type A rear bumper add-on? I don't have the original receipts for them obviously.

I should probably also add that you could definitely fight whatever offer they give you. The other party has liability for damage to property. If your property costs hundreds more than than the original OEM parts, fight it.

If I hit my own car and my aftermarket parts aren't insured, my own insurance policy would only pay for the cost of OEM. But since it's somebody else that hits my car, the person's responsible to pay for the aftermarket parts.
Provide lots of pictures of the accident scene and damage to your car, documentation of what parts you have, and qoutes from reputible shops for repair/install.
Of course they are going to do their best to give you as little as possible, but the more actual documentation and proof of what you have done and how much it is to replace it the better -- present it as a "Speciality Vehicle" not an everyday passenger car, honestly that is what it is and some low rent insurance body shop shouldn't be handling it. I would hit up D&V first and foremost for the work, Re:Vision, and CarToyz -- as they seem to be the top dogs in the area for high end body work. Thats who you want to get estimates from.
Look on the bright side, after they cut you a check, you can really freshen up the look of the car. Then again I know how you work, you'll just buy someones kit already painted, get Danny to install it for a burrito and put a couple grand in your pocket.
Any issues with the FMIC or Supercharger???

Unfortunately, adjusters check the VIN, but I could see someone potentially getting away with this lol
Good luck with everything bro.

So my insurance company came over to look at the car and the guy's full of BS. He said the bumper's repairable and the cracked rear bumper's repairable as well... LOL.. I'm just gonna take my car to a shop and get a real estimate.
