Great write up Fusion! sorry to hear about the unfortunate encounters and bad labor quality. Just another learning experience?

Oh and yes, Jon really is a cool dude.

Wow, I would not have left that shop till my exhaust was aligned properly. And if they could not do it that day(s), I would of asked for a refund.

what really bothers me about AAM exhaust is not when a person like you takes the car in, but when someone like myself, willing to buy something on the internet and do all my own installs, I'd be pissed off like no other if I wasted a full day trying to figure out where I went wrong when really it's just a screwed up product from the get go. it's one thing if its a full custom one off exhaust but this exhaust is sold left and right. why is their still issues? was Fusionrace's exhaust a left over from the old setup that had issues? I thought all the exhaust issues were fixed?

boy would I be pissed. and I feel bad for anyone who has had to deal with it.

So glad my crappy Invidia bolted up with zero issues.

Fusionrace,
im not going to point and prod but for one the whole muffler sits lower on the drivers side it looks like and the exhaust clamp for the tip should really be welded on so as you can see there is a big clamp staring at you.this is why DYI is my number 1 way of doing things but im not putting AAM down just stating what i would if i was you to fix the problem if your done dealing with AAM

Not taking any side but your bumper does slouch down to the right at the muffler.....

r0csfinest, Thanks for the full story . Except you forgot to mention that A.) the Altima exhaust was used, B.) the bumper install required the taillight and trunk assembly removed for install, c.) the final price was within the original quoted price, and d.) we spoke with the customer (Mike) today and he reaffirmed that both he and his father were happy with their service. Now if you have relevant experiences of your own, by all means please post. Otherwise, keep it to yourself.

Generally, I stay out of this stuff because, well, you guys like to run with anything attached to AAM. If you are going to post about us, at least get the story straight.
