I honestly must say that i have bought a few AAM products and they are top notch.I also asked Mike to get my APS plenum polished and whoever he sent it out to did a great job and Mike had it done fast and at a great price.........soooo i really cant say anything bad about them.

hey mike@altered, nothing to hide here:

this is the pm mike sent me:

3 hrs for an exhaust............wow. I did it on jack stands in 1 hr with basic hand tools.

Then they have the ***** tack on an extra 80 because it took them longer then they quoted..........**** poor business ethics on their part. When they quoted 300 they should stick with it, not like they were going to cut him a break if it only took them 2 hrs.

Hi Chris,

Do you work for Migliore or are you an employee of Migliore?

It isn't good business to talk and/or speculate about another business unless you know the facts. Do you think we'll want to support or recommend Migliore products to our customers after reading this post?

To be factual, the person who posted didn't even own the car. The owner, Mike and his father, are happy with our services. He actually traded in his car yesterday on a new Nissan and asked us if we can give him a quote on a custom 2.5" Dual Exhaust System. So he's a satisfied custmoer who plans to return.

Please let me know Migliore's standpoint on this subject and the posts posted on behalf of Migliore.

Thanks,
I can post in this thread all I want. I was not speculating on anything about AAM. I based my opinion on the stated facts, if you care to correct the story to do so. I clearly stated Ive done my exhaust in under 3hrs, without a lift, technician or air tools, and no bs alignment issues.

Do you deny quoting the guy 3 hours @ 100 an hr to install an Exhaust?
Do you deny it took over 3 hrs so that you added 80 bucks to the bill?

I gave my opinion on the subject. I never bashed your company saying they do crappy installs, blow motors, suck at tuning ect........

It is my opinion that your business ethics are not what they should be in this case. Present your facts.....would love to hear it. 3 sides to this story....

3 Hours estimate for Dual Exhaust Install, Rear Bumper Removal and replacement with aftermarket bumper. Which required Rear Taillight assembly R&R, Inner Trunk panel R&R. Total billed hours 3.5. I don't think that is a rip off. And neither did our customer. Apparently his friend, r0csfinest, who has not had service with us, felt inclined to let the world know he felt our service was a "rip-off" (by conveniently leaving out specific details).

With his post, r0csfinest presented no evidence stating that we have not changed our ways. Perhaps for reasons unknown he does not like us. That's all well and fine. But it does not justify misleading an entire forum about our conduct.

LOL, no we didn't. That's what is so damn funny. We didn't add 80.00 to the bill. We added .5 hrs of labor @ 99.00 dollars an hour. This is exactly what I dislike about the forums. Tell one person one thing, then they tell 50 others and it comes out on the other end completely skewed.

This shouldnt even matter. This thread is entirely irrelevant. We didn't do any work to r0csfinest vehicle! Our customer was happy! End of story.
