You should "get him on the right track" by helping him install the exhaust, and taking a rear bumper install to a body shop.

How does the exhaust being used have anything to do with it? Unless it was damaged of course....

Be glad your estimate only went up $80.00 mine went up over $2000.00 and the car had to go back a week later all the way from new york after another shop stopped all the injectors from leaking so we could get it back. Not good to have FI car with fuel leaking all over the top of the motor.Had to bring the car back stay in a hotel all at my own expense. Then they had the nerve to try to charge me to fix there f--k up.I could go on but I will leave it at that.

Well, everybody knows that **** happens, I pushed that earlier in another thread, I looked past one important fact though. Repetitiveness. If **** continues to happen, somethings wrong.

First of all I am not kid facts are I was quoted 8000.00 got a call every other day with a ******** story about what else the car needed final tab over $10,000.00 injectors installed improperly so they were leaking all over the place the tune sucked had to go to Vinny Ten he installed new orings to stop the leaks so I could get it back to mike because after 2 weeks he sent a tow truck but they were incapable of even getting the car on the truck .So I had to drive it back at my expense and stay over night at my expense and wait around all day while they figured out that the HKS injectors had to be machined to seat properly. The tune sucked went there with 413 rwhp spent ten grand left with 389rwhp.Was told the car would be done in 1 week it was there 4 weeks.

I have NEVER heard of an EMS "losing a tune" while driving. And your friend having his tune "not saved" is BS and NOT under the "**** happens" category imo. Thats just negligent.

Sounds about par for the course unfortunately. Although people still go there time and time again and don't heed the warnings.

I honestly never had any issues with AAM or clint, in fact they never have done me wrong, but sometime you gotta use some judgement. the amount of $$$ they charge for some vibrant cans and 2.5/3" pipe is ridicoulous esp. when there are fitment issues. Ive done business with them a few time and other times walked away and did business with other shops. Theres like 5 tuner shops in the area, there not the only one so stop complaining about the quality of the work, because frankly EVERYONE has heard about AAM, if it is true or not. Ive spent over 2k there and never been burned, but also never put my self in a position to be
