Who can point me to a good lawyer that does traffic violations and what not in FairFax County? Virginia judges suck.. I usually just pay my fines over the phone but since I didn't go to court the judge decided to give me a 30 day suspension on my license... I only have 3pts on my damn license by the way. What a ick!! Need to get this discarded ASAP, I have a records check coming up and just cant have the suspense showing as current.

 

I had Stephon Guss as my attorney, he charges up the *** however, I had 2 reckless driving tickets, he reduced BOTH to improper driving, and keep in mind I had -11 points at the time of my 2nd reckless.

Sir, in a four mile period I witnessed you change lanes multiple times. I been followin you since Columbia Pike (at intersection of Seminary Road and 395). Is there a reason why you need to change lanes so often? **Not to mention you have a loud brand new deleraship tagged 350Z and it possibly could be stolen cause you dont look like you should be driving this here vehicle, son**

Let's see. Not speeding, so cant cite for that. Reckless driving for changing lanes too many time, yeah, thats sooo legit. I just wanted to say allow me to actually acclerate to a maxium speed and switch lanes for a better reason for you to pull me over. Do or do not, there is no try.

 

LOL.. cops are ridiculous here in VA. I guess you haven't heard my infamous story of "Everything on your car is illegal". Good luck on the case!
